OUTDATED PERCEPTIONS

To perceive is "to become aware" as defined by The American Heritage Dictionary. As we have traveled throughout the state and talked to many members of the Masonic Family, we are always amazed at the number of people who still perceive that one must surrender all their assets in order to enter the TEXAS  MASONIC  RETIREMENT  CENTER. For several years there has been an alternative to surrendering ones entire estate to the TEXAS  MASONIC  RETIREMENT  CENTER.

An alternative plan to enter is to pay as you go. Then you can determine to whom your estate is distributed at the time of death. Many residents of our Masonic family are in their retirement years. Many of these people have sufficient financial resources and can pay their way in our Independent Living Units, Nursing Home.   Texas Masonic Retirement Center residents have access to any of the broad range of services offered on our campus. We have an admission plan for you no matter what your financial situation may be.

Our primary mission is as it has always been, to provide a Home for Texas Master Masons, their Wives, Widows, Mothers, never married Sisters or never married Daughters. We have cared for thousands of members of our great Fraternity who did not have sufficient financial resources to meet their needs. We never want to depart from this all important mission. We believe there are members of our Fraternity who are living alone, who need assistance, or those who do not want or need the responsibility of maintaining a home. These are the people who would benefit from moving to the Texas Masonic Retirement Center in Arlington. We need the help of the Lodges and Chapters to help identify people who would benefit from our services. Please call if you know of someone who needs our services; we would be happy to come out and assess their situation.

What are your perceptions of the Texas Masonic Retirement Center?  Does your perception need to be updated?  Do you still believe that one must "give everything" to enter the Texas Masonic Retirement Center?  Are you aware of the two different types of financial programs available to members of the Texas Masonic Family? Please call us and let us come and visit or mail you information to explain the options and benefits available to you at the Texas Masonic Retirement Center.
