WHAT  ARE  THE  FINANCIAL  REQUIREMENTS?

The Texas Masonic Retirement Center offers 2 financial plans to potential applicants.  The first is the traditional, Total Asset Turnover Financial Plan.   Upon admission, the applicant surrenders their entire estate to the Retirement Center.  This includes all real and personal property, cash, stocks, bonds, retirement income, etc.   What they receive in return is total care for the rest of their lives, which is all-inclusive.

The second financial plan is the Fee-For-Service Resident Maintenance Plan.  This plan requires a $25,000.00 entrance fee for a single individual, or $37,500.00 for a couple.   A service fee of $40.00 per day for single occupancy or $80.00 per day for double occupancy, is billed in advance monthly.    This Plan allows the applicant to retain control of their assets, and also provides all of the fundamental services offered by the Retirement Center.  Please note:  Both Financial Plans are now available to all applicants, including the widows of Master Masons.  For a more detailed explanation, please contact the Business Office of the Texas Masonic Retirement Center.
